Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spray or grease a pizza pan or stone.
Brush crust with Southwestern oil sauce. Add shredded Monterey jack cheese, dollops of sour cream, diced tomatoes, sliced pickled jalapeños and crushed black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake on the bottom rack of preheated oven for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is piping hot.
Southwestern Oil Sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon ground black peppercorn
Purée ingredients in a blender and store in a small covered jar.
